Privacy Policy & Consent to Personal Data Processing
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ "On Personal Data" dated 27 July 2016, I hereby grant my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Yushchenko Oleg Anatolyevich, INN 519045629130, OGRNIP 318519000006004 (hereinafter referred to as the "IE"), to process and transfer my personal data (provided by me when completing application forms, orders or other forms on the IE's websites on the Internet, and/or when registering on the IE's website or in the mobile application (including when creating a personal account), and/or when submitting/sending other applications or requests to the IE (including in written form, by telephone, by email, or in any other form), and/or when concluding contracts with the IE or arranging other transactions), namely: to collect, record, systematise, accumulate, store, clarify (update, amend), retrieve, use, transfer (disseminate, provide access to), anonymise, block, delete, and destroy personal data. The IE shall be entitled to transfer personal data to third parties (the IE's partners) for the purposes of data processing; to courier, postal and transport organisations; to persons performing installation and service works; etc.
Personal data processing may be carried out with the use of automation tools or without such tools, as well as by a mixed method.
Consent is granted for the processing and transfer of the following personal data:
— surname, name, patronymic;
— telephone number (landline and mobile);
— email address.
Personal data is processed for the purposes of fulfilling contracts and other transactions, processing and/or execution of applications, orders and other requests, performing actions provided for by the functionality of the personal account, informing the data subject, as well as for the purposes of improving the IE's service quality and enhancing customer service.
This Consent extends to the IE's processing and use of cookie files (service information sent by a web server to the user's computer for storage in the browser), user data (information about the location of the user's device, type and version of the device's software, browser version, device type and characteristics; the source on the Internet from which the user arrived at the IE's website, or under which advertisement; IP address) for the purposes of website functionality, correct provision of services, as well as for conducting statistical research.
This Consent to personal data processing shall remain valid until its revocation by the data subject or until the moment stipulated by the legislation of the Russian Federation on personal data processing when the IE ceases processing of personal data.
Revocation of consent to personal data processing may be carried out by the data subject exclusively by sending the IE a corresponding application in written form to the following address: 183032, Murmansk, PO Box 32, P.O. Box 393. Revocation of consent by other means is not permitted.
Simultaneously with the consent to personal data processing, I hereby grant the IE my consent to receive messages of advertising and informational nature on my email and telephone (both in the form of calls and in other forms — SMS, email, etc.) from the IE or third parties engaged by the IE to send such messages. Should it become necessary to revoke this consent, the Customer has the right to do so at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link (or other similar link) in the email newsletter and confirming the unsubscription (if the message was received as an email).
